Eligibility for Returns.

 

●You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

●Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

●Certain items, such as, sale items, make-up, personalized products, etc are non-returnable.

 

How to Return.

 

Please contact us at t.cazaly@yahoo.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions.

  

Refunds.

 

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

  

Exchanges.

 

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will happily replace it. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to arrange an exchange.

 

Return Shipping.

 

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective or we made a mistake with your order.
